  1. What are the CLE requirements in my state?

    Click here to view our database of current CLE requirements. If your state is not listed or if you have more specific questions, please contact your State Bar. You may also contact us here. We will assist you in finding the answer in any way possible.





  2. Can I get all of my CLE Credit through FastCLE.com?

    Many states have limits as to how many self-study hours may be applied toward the requirements in any given reporting period. To check the specific limitations in your state, check our CLE FAQs page or check with your regulating body for self-study or distance learning limitations.





  3. If I register with FastCLE.com, how is my personal information used?

    We do not sell or use your information without your consent. For details, please read our Privacy Notice .





  4. What do I get with my order?

    Depending on the format you choose, you will receive either a CD-ROM containing the FastCLE Viewer, an Audio CD that can be played in any standard Audio CD player, an MP3 audio CD that can be played on your PC or MP3 CD player, or you will receive access to the seminar via our Online Streaming FastCLE Viewer. CD-ROM discs and Online Streaming seminars include the video of the seminar with sound and any materials included by the speaker, unless the seminar is listed as "Audio Only" and will also include instructions on how to use the viewer. Note: Audio Only seminars do not include a video of the presentation.

    With any Audio CD seminar order, you will also receive an additional CD-ROM containing any supplemental materials that go along with the seminar. These supplemental materials are automatically included with the CD-ROM and streaming formats and may include papers presented or PowerPoint presentations.

    Additionally, if you select the "Printed Materials" option, you will receive a book or other printed materials that were distributed to live seminar attendees.





  5. Can I watch the seminars on my Mac?

    Yes! You should select the online streaming media option for the seminar you wish to view. CD-ROM products are developed for Microsoft Windows. Audio CDs will play on your Mac just like any other Audio CD.





  6. Why should I join my local Bar or Trial Lawyers Association?

    More reasons than we can name! One benefit many Associations offer members is great discounts on FastCLE seminars as well as live seminars where the videos are recorded. For more information, contact your provider.





  7. Can my colleague use my set of CDs to get CLE Credit?

    Yes! You cannot, however, reuse the CLE Completion number that was encoded on your CD. The second user must visit FastCLE.com and purchase the same seminar as "Additional CLE Credit." When payment is received and the order is processed, a new CLE Completion Number will be issued by e-mail and it may be entered on the "Submit CLE" page of this site.   8. What is a "CLE Completion Number" or "CD Key"?

    This is a unique number that links you to the seminar you have purchased. This number is encoded with each set of CDs ordered. Some CDs will require you to enter the CD Key in order to view the seminar. Others simply require that you use this number to submit your CLE Credit after you have viewed the program. In many cases the CD Key will already be entered when you log onto FastCLE to submit credit. If so, just click the "Continue" button to complete the next step of the credit submission process.





  9. I am a member of a FastCLE Provider association, but my account does not reflect this membership.

  10. What is "Additional CLE Credit" and why is that a cheaper way to order?

    "Additional CLE Credit" is for those attorneys who are going to view a seminar using a colleague's CDs. This allows attorneys viewing a colleague's CDs to earn credit. Since there are no shipping or production costs, the lower charge reflects a purchase of just the content. This discount is not available for attorneys viewing a colleague's streaming program. If you placed an order for "Additional CLE Credit" and would like to upgrade to include your own copy of the CDs, please call 1-866-702-3278 and we will apply the money paid to a new order.





  11. Does FastCLE offer bulk pricing discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchases. These discounts are available to both large firms and individuals who wish to purchase multiple programs in a single order. For details and contact information, see our bulk pricing page.





  12. What equipment is required to watch a FastCLE program?

    For seminars on CD-ROM, we recommend a computer with a 366 MHz Processor, Microsoft Windows, 64 MB RAM, and Sound Card & Speakers. For Online Streaming programs, an Internet connection is also required. Due to the nature of the programs, we suggest high-speed Internet access, but it is not required.

    For Audio CD seminars, only an audio CD player is required. An audio CD player is any CD player that is capable of playing a standard music CD. Please note that while most computers are able to play audio CDs, an audio CD player cannot play the sound tracks from a CD-ROM presentation.

    We also recommend Internet access, to make credit submission as fast and convenient as possible. If you do not have access to the Internet, but would like to submit for credit, please call us at 1-866-702-3278 and a representative will assist you.
